To-Go pay rate: Average of $20.00 an hour with tips, $800 $for 40 hours (full-time)
Food Runner pay rate: Average of $18.00 -$22.00 an hour with tips, $880 40 hours (full-time)

Ulbrich Stainless Steels & Special Metals, Inc

Description: Operate continuous strip and electric and gas-fired, horizontal or vertical furnaces to anneal stainless steel and other alloys of various widths and gauges. Ensure customer expectations are met or exceeded in the production of material to desired surface quality, by following defined Quality Assurance operational instructions.
Regular attendance at work is required. Qualified candidates must be available to work any shift, including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to read, write, problem solve and perform basic math calculations to a level generally equivalent to that attained at a high school level, including the use and calculation of decimals, fractions.
- Ability to read and interpret written documents.
- Ability to work from written job orders, customer specifications and operational procedures.
- Ability to use micrometer, scale and fixed gauges and other simple measuring equipment preferred.
What you'll be doing:
- Responsible for safe, timely, accurate, and efficient product deliveries.
- Delivers and transfers merchandise to and from customers, vendors, branch locations, or other locations as directed by their supervisor.
- Responsible for accurately checking all products as loaded and/or unloaded by the driver against the paperwork associated with the delivery.
- Reports any delays to supervisor through the course of the day.
- Responsible for checking in with supervisor before and after each departure or arrival at the branch, and after each delivery drop or pickup while on the road.
- Responsible for following all procedures associated with deliveries
- Confers with supervisor prior to departure on proper form of payment for any COD order.
- Responsible for securing all products in vehicle properly to prevent shifting or damage to product prior to departure and throughout deliveries as needed.
- Responsible for general warehouse work as directed, including working in any and all departments within the warehouse relating to incoming or outgoing product.
- Assists shipping, receiving, transfers, unloading trucks, checking in merchandise, matching purchase orders to packing slips.
- Move materials and items from receiving or transfer areas to shipping areas or stock locations as designated.
- Sorts and places product on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color, or product code
Preferred Job Requirements
- 3 or more years’ experience with driving, warehousing and related functions.
Minimum Job Requirements
- High School diploma or its GED equivalent.
- 1 year or more experience with driving, warehousing, and related functions.
- Satisfactory DMV report plus driver insurability.
- Valid minimum 1-year DOT certification and state driver’s license.
- Demonstrates ability and willingness to safely operate warehouse equipment
- Aptitude for mathematical operations and numerical analysis.

Job Duties:
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds
- Spanish language skills a plus
- Receives packing order and determines that correct packing materials are available at packing station
- Placing finished product on pallets
- Visually inspects product for defects, setting aside defective items on a skid for the rework department
- Reaching and grasping to pick cartons and individual units from racking shelves and place picked units into totes
- High reaching to pick from low and high shelves
